Here's a sidebar comment to ponder: The war has cost about $30 billion dollars so far. Bill Gates is worth over $60 Billion.

1. Ship all the troops and civilian contractors out.
2. Declare victory.
3. Nuke the region.
4. Worry about wind drift later.
