Arizona Trail Riders October 28, 2008
Established in 1988, the Arizona Trail Riders (ATR) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to responsible off-highway recreation and the preservation of off-highway motorcycle riding in Arizona. They are a family-oriented club located in Phoenix, Arizona with a state-wide membership of roughly 150+ members at all levels of riding abilities. Their main focus is trail riding, but also promote desert racing and dual-sport events in Arizona. Land use issues, as they affect the sport, are also a focus of the club.

Eager riders start their bikes and roam around the parking lot as they waited for fellow sport riders to finish their preparations and hit the roads and trails that led them to Young and back again. Arizona Trail Riders hosted the two day event in Payson, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 25-26.

The Arizona Trail Riders held a Dual Sport ride in Payson Arizona the weekend of October 25th-26th. The event was a little different than past dual sport rides in that only GPS track logs for navigation were provided.
