Queen Creek Junior Rodeo Association
The Queen Creek Junior Rodeo Association held a junior rodeo in Payson, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 27 - 28 at the Payson Event Center. The association originated in Queen Creek but now has rodeos throughout the state for its members, who range in age from 3 to 13. The competition began at 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday and took place in both arenas. Local competitors included: Bailey Sylvester, Monty James, Chelsie Stodghill, Hanna Jo Tomerlin, Brylee Hall, Bryce Stodghill, Bryndee Hall, Emily Daniels, Arena Haught, Jayme Chilson, and Bree Hall.
Troy Daniels can't decide if he wants to pet those goats tied to the fence or not. Daniels was at the Queen creek Jr. Rodeo, Saturday, Sept. 27 at the Payson Event Center.
