"Women and Stress - Now That's Funny" was the theme of Elaine Lundberg's keynote address March 15.
According to Lundberg a good belly laugh has the same mental health benefits as aerobics.
Laugh, a lot, and out loud. It's good for you.
Wellness is the primary focus of the annual event but information about other topics is offered as well.
