Betty Steiber thinks Payson is a friendly town, and she has worked to extend that friendship as a volunteer with the Chamber of Commerce for eighteen years. "I started in the old building right here on this lot," Steiber said. "I am just an ordinary person. I go home and take care of my dog, Fluffy. I live a quiet life. I like to be in the shadows, not in the lime light."
