KMOG news reported vandals had done damage to equipment being used to lay the water pipe from Star Valley to Payson. Horton was interviewed, and said something to the effect, "It's down to the short strokes now." (What the hell does that mean?)
Then Tim Fruth mentioned on KMOG the school had also been a target of vandels over the weekend.
Maybe these long weekends and all the holidays are just too boring for the kids, so they pull jokes?
