To bad the town of Star Valley didn't use the same standards for the wage of a town manager as Payson did. They would have applicants knocking down thier door for the job. (: (: Payson used Gilbert 109,000 population Flagstaff 52,000 and I don't remember the other towns but none were comparable with the population of Payson. Star Valley you are to be commended for having some sense. GO STAR VALLEY. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
