I found a wonderful recipe we use for brunch or dinner on a chilly night.
1 dozen eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. chopped chives 1 can chopped green chilis (optional) Stir above thoroughly. 1 pks Farmer John link sausage (cooked and cut into 1" pieces) Stir sausage into egg mixture. Pour in sprayed (non-stick coating) 9X13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle with 1-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until done (about 30 min). Serve with warm biscuits. Serves 8-10 Easy, quick, and yummy!
