Maybe if they would say why they did what they did people would not care, if this is why he got caned for not doing his job,this happen all the time , so they should have come out and said , we let he go because he was not doing his job,you go in and say you are gone this is your last day go get your pay check that day ,why pay them longer. that tells me something was not right, when i have seen people let go this way its like , we want you gone now and if you do not talk about this for 3 or 4 month we will pay you your pay check for 2 more month but don't come to work.
Steve, It has something to do with a stupid privacy act. If he applies for the same kind of job somewhere else, Payson is not allowed to tell them why he was let go. It isn't like constuction jobs as it should be. If you don't do the work here is your final check.

Do we now know why Bobby boy lost his job after hearing how he wasn't doing it? Maybe daddy should go hide his head.
