I went back and made a quick count of predictions I've made on this forum.
So far the count (plus any I missed) is 41. And I'm running roughly 73% correct.
That being said, here's one that I'll stand behind, one I guarantee will come about:
The day will arrive when it will be both possible and inexpensive to place humans in suspended animation.
Some of the things for which I believe we will use this amazing new technology are:
• Waiting until a cure has been found for a fatal disease.
• Sleeping through weeks, months, or perhaps even years of excuciating pain after an operation like heart surgery, where ribs that have been pried apart literally scream in pain.
• Rest while investments double, redouble, and re-redouble.
AND THE BIG ONE!
• Sleep through the Democratic primaries. - - - - - - - - - - - - ;-)

You are already 1 % correct Tom. I am in "Suspended Animation."
